Opportunities and Challenges considered at a panel debate at the National Housing Federation Audit Committees Conference in Birmingham on 29 November 2016. The panel was chaired by Lord Victor Adebowale CBE ad members included David Orr, Chief Executive, National Housing Federation, Harry Mears, Head of Social Housing, KPMG and Lynette Lackey.

Topics covered included the opportunities in the market, the risks associated with different business models, how to mitigate these and the governance matters to be considered.
